摘要
针对榜样选树、宣传、监督三个环节的现实挑战,应从真实选树榜样、完善选树机制、关注个体需求优化大学生榜样选树;应从全方位立体化宣传榜样、持续性长期性学习榜样、近距离深层次拓展实践优化大学生榜样宣传;应从定期评估与调整、完善榜样监督体系优化大学生榜样监督等提出策略,不断提升新时代大学生榜样教育的质量和成效.
Abstract
In response to the practical challenges of selecting,promoting,and supervising role models,we should optimize the selection of role models for college students by truly selecting role models,impro-ving the selection mechanism,and paying attention to individual needs;We should promote role models in a comprehensive and three-dimensional manner,provide sustained and long-term learning examples,and expand practical experience at a close and deep level to optimize the promotion of role models for college students;Strategies should be proposed to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of role model education for college students in the new era,including regular evaluation and adjustment,improvement of the role model supervision system,and optimization of role model supervision for college students.
