The practice of the U-G-S training model for normal students has achieved many results,such as multi-party cooperation to assist in the training of normal students,promote regional balance,and improve the level of grassroots teaching.However,there are also prominent problems with the U-G-S training model for normal university students in practice,such as the dominance of universities and low participation of other parties,difficulty in efficient collaboration,and deviation between the training plan and actual job requirements.Analyzing the inspiration of the"Excellent Teacher Plan"for optimizing the U-G-S training mode of normal students,exploring the"four in one"optimization path with local govern-ment as the overall planning,normal universities as the key,primary and secondary schools as the guid-ance,and normal students as the main body,can help improve the effectiveness of normal student training.
