A Study on the Path of Improving the Knowledge Literacy of Middle School Mathematics Teachers under the Background of the New Curriculum Standards
With the promotion of the eighth curriculum reform in China and the implementation of the new curriculum standards for compulsory education,the new curriculum standards emphasize the develop-ment of students'core literacy,which puts higher requirements on the knowledge literacy of mathematics teachers.The knowledge literacy of middle school mathematics teachers includes essential mathematical professional knowledge,mathematical teaching knowledge,and general educational knowledge.Research has found that by focusing on the essence of mathematics,teachers can strengthen their professional knowledge in mathematics;Pay attention to literacy oriented content and develop teachers'mathematical teaching knowledge,integrating pre service and post service education and promoting general educational knowledge among teachers can enhance their knowledge literacy.
