Pattern of ecological planting and cultivation techniques for traditional Chinese medicinal material under chestnut forest,induding land selection and preparation,planting methods,field manage-ment,harvesting and processing were summarized in the paper,and its comprehensive benefits were ana-lyzed.At the same time,the principles and existing problems of ecological planting of Chinese medicinal materials were summarized.In addition,the development prospects of Chinese medicinal material cultiva-tion under chestnut forests were anticipated,which can provide favorable basis for the development of tra-ditional Chinese medicine planting industry under chestnut forests.
