On the basis of establishing the tissue culture system of Blechnum niponicum,this article explores the importance of selecting explants and sterile conditions in the tissue culture process,and analy-zes the effects of 6-BA concentration on the germination rate,reproductive coefficient,mortality rate,and growth status of B.niponicum.The results showed that using the petioles or stem segments of B.niponicum as explants,adding 1.0 mg·L-1 6-BA to MS+0.1 mg·L-1 NAA medium resulted in the op-timal growth state of B.niponicum.
