枯草芽孢杆菌XE-2的分离鉴定及生物学特性分析

从唐山市丰润区某中学校园内田地根际土壤中分离出枯草芽孢杆菌XE-2,再对其进行生长曲线测定、药物敏感性试验以及抑菌试验.结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌XE-2培养0-1h为生长延迟期,1-16 h为生长对数期,16-24 h为生长平稳期.XE-2对头孢吡肟、利福平和苯唑西林等14种药物均敏感,对头孢他啶和克林霉素中介,对蜡样芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌和苏云金杆菌均有一定的抑制作用.
This experiment conducted growth curve determination,drug sensitivity test,and antibac-terial test on Bacillus subtilis XE-2 isolated from the field rhizosphere soil of a middle school campus in Fengrun District,Tangshan City.The results of the growth curve indicated that B.subtilis XE-2 has a de-lay period of 0-1 h,a logarithmic period of 1-16 h,and a stationary period of 16-24 h.The drug sensitivity test results showed that XE-2 is sensitive to 14 drugs,including cefepime,rifampicin,and oxacillin,and mediates with ceftazidime and clindamycin.The antibacterial test results showed that XE-2 has inhibitory effects on Bacillus cereus,Escherichia coli,and Bacillus thuringiensis.
