Intersection targets for asiatic acid, luteolin, and cervical cancer were obtained from Pub-Chem,ETCM,SuperPred,SwissTargetPrediction,and GEO databases,protein-protein interaction net-work was constructed, and GO functional and KEGG pathway enrichment analyses were performed.The"Drug-Target-Pathway"network mechanism diagram was built using Cytoscape software, and conducted molecular docking. Results revealed 133 intersecting targets for asiatic acid, luteolin, and cervical cancer, involving 299 GO functions and 60 KEGG signaling pathways, with six core targets identified(IL1B,CX-CL8,CASP8,CCL2,MMP9,and PRKCB).Molecular docking binding energies were less than-5.0 kcal/mol.The results indicate that asiatic acid combined with luteolin can exert anti-cervical cancer effects through multiple targets and pathways.
