From the perspective of Giddens'structuration theory,an in-depth examination of the prac-tical teaching conducted by normal universities in the context of teacher professional certification reveals several issues:limitations in the understanding of rules and the allocation of resources under structural constraints,insufficient innovation and agency among actors,and the dilemma of the disembedding of structural power and actions.To address these challenges,it is necessary to comprehensively explore solu-tions from three aspects:adjusting and optimizing structures,stimulating the innovative agency of actors,and fostering positive interaction between social structures and practitioners.
