师范专业认证背景下实践教学的困境与纾解——基于结构化理论的审视

The Dilemma and Relief of Practical Teaching in the Context of Teachers Professional Certification:Perspective Based on Structuration Theory

以吉登斯的结构化理论为视角,对当前师范院校在专业认证背景下所开展的实践教学进行深入审视,发现存在结构制约下规则理解与资源配置的局限、行动者创新能动性不足、结构权利与行动脱嵌的困境.对此应从结构层面的调整与优化、行动者创新能动性的激发以及社会结构与行动者良性互动三个方面予以纾解.
From the perspective of Giddens'structuration theory,an in-depth examination of the prac-tical teaching conducted by normal universities in the context of teacher professional certification reveals several issues:limitations in the understanding of rules and the allocation of resources under structural constraints,insufficient innovation and agency among actors,and the dilemma of the disembedding of structural power and actions.To address these challenges,it is necessary to comprehensively explore solu-tions from three aspects:adjusting and optimizing structures,stimulating the innovative agency of actors,and fostering positive interaction between social structures and practitioners.
