外文摘要：Further deepening reform comprehensively is the fundamental driving force for advancing Chinese modernization.The third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC emphasised that Chinese modernization has been advanced continuously through reform and opening up,it will surely embrace broader horizons through further reform and opening up,and give a higher historical orientation and greater space for further deepening reform comprehensively to advance Chinese modernization.To deal with complex developments both at home and abroad,adapt to the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,and live up to the new expectations of our people,it is vital that we must consciously give more prominence to reform and further deepen reform comprehensively with a view to advancing Chinese modernization.Further deepening reform comprehensively is an urgent need to resolve the contradictions and problems encountered in reality,to cope with the risks and challenges on the way forward,and to continue to push forward Chinese modernization.Further deepening reform comprehensive-ly,insisting on economy as the leader,innovation as the driving force,system concept as the kernel,secu-rity as the guarantee,and the Party leadership as the fundamental guarantee,is a qualitative upgrading of the further deepening reform comprehensively,and contains more distinctive theoretical connotations and characteristics of the times.The theoretical innovation and practical exploration of further deepening reform comprehensively have enriched and developed the socialist reform theory,which providing stronger theoreti-cal guidance for advancing Chinese modernization.Further deepening reform comprehensively will better promote the development of new quality productive forces and provide stronger impetus and institutional support for the advancement of Chinese modernization.At the same time,further deepening reform compre-hensively will be conducive to expanding the systematic opening up,taking a more proactive role in promo-ting changes in the global governance system,fostering a favorable external environment for advancing Chi-nese modernization,and contributing more China's knowledge and solutions to the world's peaceful devel-opment and win-win cooperation.
