The Logical Mechanism and Optimization Path of Data Integration Empowering Green Governance of Digital Government
The rapid development of information technology makes the construction of digital govern-ment particularly important,and also provides the possibility for government data integration.Data integra-tion provides key support for the green governance of digital government and facilitates the migration of dig-ital government functions to cyberspace.The construction of a digital government with data integration helps to fully integrate a large number of perceived data in a unified standard system,and enables the effective transmission of the integrated data among government departments,thus enabling the realization of green governance of digital government.Specifically,the logical mechanism of green governance for digital gov-ernment is to optimize data integration enabling government decision-making,improve data integration ena-bling government services,strengthen data integration enabling government supervision,and promote the transformation of"unit digital government"to"systematic digital government".However,data integration in the construction of digital government also faces practical challenges,mainly reflected in the lack of will-ingness of departments to lead to the lagging supply of data integration system,and the lack of coupling of multiple types of departments to lead to the limited multi-dimensional data integration,which not only leads to government decision-making constrained,supervision restrictions,and service obstacles,but also has an important impact on the green governance effectiveness of digital government.Therefore,it is neces-sary to promote the cognitive consensus of data integration to support digital government green governance from the value level,but also to explore the multi-dimensional integration path of multi-system efficient coupling of departments from the practical level,so as to realize the benign mutual structure between data integration and digital government green governance.
