Taking Clark porcelain as an example,this paper discusses the Kaiguang decorative art of ancient Chinese export porcelain.As an export porcelain in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties,Clark porcelain presents a unique style in light decoration,which has deeply influenced the ceramic decorative art of many countries.Starting from the origin,style origin and form of Kaiguang decoration,this article discusses the similarities and differences between it and traditional decoration,and explores its impact on Japanese ceramics and the innovative application of Kaiguang decoration in contemporary times.
