With the arrival of the era of new media informatization,the presentation of IP image has also undergone signifi-cant changes.The development of computer technology and the diversification of communication media have always influ-enced the creation and design of character IPs.Nowadays,augmented reality technology(AR)has impacted our lives with its efficient computing power,diverse transmission media,and other advantages.The combination of traditional two-di-mensional IP character design and augmented reality technology has also become an important development trend.This arti-cle focuses on the design of red IP characters under augmented reality technology,exploring new ways of expressing IP characters,effectively leveraging regional cultural values and disseminating red culture.
