Changsha Kiln is the earliest colored porcelain kiln in China,with rich themes,diverse techniques,wild and ele-gant taste,and broad artistic conception,representing and carrying people's good wishes and expectations for life.In the mainstream of art that advocates"writing gods through form",it is unique in its bold brushwork and elegant development.Animal and plant patterns represented by flower and bird patterns are one of the main decorative themes of Changsha kiln.This article takes the flower and bird patterns on Cizhou kiln porcelain as the research object,elaborates on the source and application of patterns,analyzes the artistic characteristics and formation factors of Changsha kiln,and reveals the aesthetic value and spiritual enjoyment brought to people by the deer patterns of Changsha kiln.
