粉煤灰中氧化钙含量对多孔陶瓷性能的影响

以工业废弃物粉煤灰为主料,制备多孔陶瓷具有来源广、成本低的优点,但粉煤灰的化学成分因煤的产地、燃烧方式有很大差异.笔者以粉煤灰为主原料,添加少量 Al2O3 和粘结剂干压成形后,在较低温度下烧制成多孔陶瓷,研究粉体粒径以及氧化钙含量对多孔陶瓷性能的影响.其结果表明:在相同烧成温度下,原料粒径对制品性能有较大影响;与常规粉煤灰相比,高钙粉煤灰具有优良的烧结活性,高的抗折强度和纯水渗透率.在 1 150℃保温 2h,烧成时性能最优,抗折强度为 72 MPa、纯水渗透率为 10 783 L·m-2·h-1·bar-1.
The preparation of porous ceramics with industrial waste fly ash as the main material has the characteristics of wide source and low cost.However,the chemical composition of fly ash varies greatly due to the origin and the combustion mode of coal.In this paper,the fly ash powder is used as the main raw material.After dry pressing with a small amount of Al2O3 and adhesive,porous ceramics are sintered at a lower temperature.The effects of particle size and calcium oxide con-tent on the properties of porous ceramics were studied.Results indicate that at the same sintering temperature,the particle size of the raw material has a significant impact on the performance of the product.Compared with normal calcium fly ash,porous ceramics prepared from high calcium fly ash have excellent sintering activity,high bending strength and pure water permeability(i.e.,72 MPa and 10 783 L·m-2·h-1·bar-1).
