球状CdS的高浓度制备与性能表征

High Concentration Preparation and Characterization of Spherical Cadmium Sulfide

笔者以去离子水为溶剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPK30)为表面修饰剂,硫脲(TU)为硫源,四水合硝酸镉为镉源,经水热反应制备了球状CdS,研究了反应物浓度对硫化镉的形貌、呈色性能的影响规律,探讨了其球状形貌形成机理.通过测试了CdS色料的色度学参数,分析了其相组成并观测了其显微形貌.结果表明,在镉源及硫源浓度高达 0.1 mol/L,PVPK30 浓度为 0.01 mol/L时,仍可获得球形度较好的球形CdS.高浓度制备的球状CdS性能参数:六方纤锌矿结构,色度学参数 L*为 85.22,a*为 4.27,b*为 80.34,呈现鲜亮的柠檬黄色.高浓度制备出球状 CdS的关键:获得均一的反应物溶液及硫离子的缓释.本研究极大地提高了球状CdS的产率,对制备球状ZrSiO4 包裹CdS黄色料具有重要的借鉴意义.
Spherical cadmium sulfide was prepared by hydrothermal reaction with deionized water served as solvent,polyvi-nylpyrrolidone(PVP K30)as surface modifier,thiourea(TU)as sulfur source,and cadmium nitrate tetrahydrate as cad-mium source.The influence of reactant concentration on the morphology and color properties of cadmium sulfide was inves-tigated,the formation mechanism of spherical morphology was elucidated.The chromaticity parameters were tested,the phase composition was analyzed,and the micromorphology was observed of cadmium sulfide pigment.The results showed that when the concentration of cadmium source and sulfur source was as high as 0.1 mol/L and the concentration of PVP K30 was 0.01 mol/L,the spherical cadmium sulfide with good sphericity could still be obtained.The performance parame-ters of cadmium sulfide prepared at high concentrations are as follows:cadmium sulfide with hexagonal wurtzite structure,chromaticity parameters L*=85.22,a*=4.27,b*=80.34,generatingabright lemon-yellow color.The key to the prepa-ration of spherical cadmium sulfide at high concentrations is to obtain a uniform reactant solution and the sustained release of sulfur ions.This study greatly improved the yield of spherical cadmium sulfide,which has important reference signifi-cance for the preparation of spherical zirconium silicate encapsulated cadmium sulfide yellow pigment.
