Blue and white porcelain,as a traditional manual technique following thousands of years,uses cobalt material to draw decorative patterns on porcelain blanks.This paper focuses on the topic of blue and white in the contemporary ceramic art style characteristics.This paper aims to focus on the study of the development of blue and white on contemporary ce-ramic art.Through the interpretation of the style characteristics of contemporary blue and white painting,from the classifi-cation and characteristics of blue and white painting to its development,the expression form of blue and white painting in contemporary ceramic art is summarized,and the role of blue and white on the development of contemporary ceramic art is explored.
