摘要
在建筑行业高质量发展的宏观背景下,国家提倡低碳节能的建筑施工技术.预制混凝土构件(PC 构件)具有绿色环保的特点,其生产于工厂之中,可以有效控制材料的损耗,减少工程作业量,并且预制混凝土构件的质量较好,具有相对完善的施工模式和技术体系.相关人员应根据施工现场地需要,在装配式建筑施工过程中合理应用预制混凝土构件,从而确保建筑行业的可持续性发展.因此,笔者就装配式建筑 PC 构件的特点展开探索,简要分析 PC 构件的应用要求,研究探讨基于PC构件的装配式建筑施工的技术要点.
Abstract
Under the macro background of high-quality development of the construction industry,the state advocates low-carbon and energy-saving building construction technology.Precast concrete components(PC components)have the char-acteristics of green environmental protection,its production in the factory,can effectively control the loss of materials,re-duce the amount of engineering work,and the quality of precast concrete components is good,has a relatively perfect con-struction mode and technical system.Relevant personnel should reasonably apply precast concrete components in the con-struction process of prefabricated buildings according to the needs of the construction site,so as to ensure the sustainable development of the construction industry.Therefore,the author explores the characteristics of PC components in prefabri-cated buildings,briefly analyzes the application requirements of PC components,and studies the key points of construction technology of prefabricated buildings based on PC components.
