摘要

为了治理利用工业废渣,笔者开展了以废弃的活性氧化铝质载体制备高铝陶瓷填料的研究.采用高效复合助熔剂和高活性的硅灰,来降低高铝瓷烧成温度;优化废弃Al2O3载体的预烧温度,选择合理的中火和高火保温时间,提高产品合格率和性能.研究结果表明,用γ-Al2O3为主体的废弃活性氧化铝载体轻烧物,可制备高附加值的氧化铝含量90%的陶瓷填料,为科学治理有毒废渣和低碳制备高铝陶瓷探索出一条新路径.

Abstract

In order to treat and utilize industrial waste slag,a study was carried out on the preparation of high alumina ce-ramic tower packing with discarded active alumina carrier.High efficiency composite flux and high activity silicon powder are used to reduce the sintering temperature of high alumina porcelain;Optimize the pre-burning temperature of waste Al2 O3 carrier,select reasonable medium fire and high fire holding time,improve the product pass rate and performance.The results show that the waste activated alumina carrier light fired with γ-Al2O3 as the main body can be prepared the ceramic packing with high added value alumina content of 90%,and explore a new path for scientific treatment of toxic waste slag and low carbon preparation of high aluminum ceramics.
