陶瓷检测实验室内部审核的探讨与分析

摘要
内部审核是实验室或检验检测机构为持续满足约定的要求,通过自我检查和评价对自身管理体系是符合性、有效性审核的重要手段.通过实施有效内审,实验室可以识别质量活动中的不符合工作,采取纠正措施,促进管理体系持续改进和不断完善,提高实验室管理水平.笔者结合多年开展陶瓷检测实验室内审工作经验,系统分析内审工作的关键环节,对如何提高实验室内审工作质量的方法进行探讨,为有效进行内部审核提供依据.
Abstract
Internal audit is an important means for the laboratory or inspection and testing institutions to evaluate the com-pliance and effectiveness of their own management system,through self-inspection in order to continuously meet the a-greed requirements.Through the implementation of effective internal audit,the laboratory can identify the nonconformity in quality activities,take corrective/corrective measures,promote the continuous improvement of the management sys-tem,and improve the management level of the laboratory.The paper combines many years experience in internal audit of ceramic testing laboratory,systematically analyzes the key links of internal audit work,and discusses how to improve the quality of laboratory internal audit work,so as to provide a basis for effective internal audit.
