Ohmic contact is currently the main problem with PTC thermistor aluminum pastes.The effects of glass chemical composition,aluminum powder and antioxidants,and sintering process on the ohmic contact of PTC thermistors were studied.The results show that the appropriate glass chemical composition,the appropriate aluminum powder particle size and manufacturer,and the appropriate antioxidant are the key factors for the formation of ohmic contact between PTC thermistor and aluminum paste.Optimize the organic carrier formula,select the appropriate formula of glass powder,the appropriate particle size and the manufacturer's aluminum powder,and the printing performance,thickness,adhesion,ohmic contact resistance and other indicators of the aluminum paste obtained by the appropriate antioxidant meet the cus-tomer's requirements.
