Application of Sectional Elements in Ceramic Sculpture Art
In this paper,by studying the decorative application of cutting elements in various shapes,the composition law of cutting modeling of ceramic sculpture is summarized.Inspired by Cubism,the application of section elements should be de-constructed and reorganized according to the structure of objects.After finding the turning point of the initial three-dimen-sional structure,geometric section and simplification should be carried out to form sections of various geometric shapes and combine them into body modeling.This paper hopes to enrich the diversified application of ceramic art decoration forms through the research and practice of sectional ceramic sculpture,and provide theoretical experience and practical direction for future related research and creation.
