摘要
随着我国城市化进程中可持续发展的提出,实施城市更新行动开启,其中旧工业建筑的改造活化成为不可或缺的重要环节.笔者以景德镇陶溪川·CHINA坊国际陶瓷文化产业园改造为例,归纳总结旧建筑改造设计策略和规划,通过查阅文献、实际调研、案例分析等多个方式,重点从陶溪川的发展阶段及其特点、空间改造动因分析、更新改造策略与实际规划、价值与发展趋势四个方面进行分析.
Abstract
With the proposal of sustainable development in China's urbanization process,the implementation of urban renew-al actions has begun,and the transformation and revitalization of old industrial buildings has become an indispensable and important link.This article takes the renovation of the Jingdezhen Taoxi River·CHINA International Ceramic Culture In-dustry Park as an example,summarizing the design strategies and plans for the renovation of old buildings.Through litera-ture review,actual research,case analysis,and other methods,the article focuses on analyzing the development stage and characteristics of Taoxi River,spatial renovation motivation analysis,renewal and renovation strategies and actual plan-ning,value and development trends from four aspects.
