对于陶瓷类等烧结材料来说,准确、快速判定其烧成温度范围,是烧结材料创新以及大生产品质控制的决定性一环.在研发低碳陶瓷的实践中,通过应用TA-1601 可视化高温形变分析仪,可帮助研发人员了解材料在烧结过程中的变化规律,快速、准确地获知烧成温度范围,进而确定大生产时的烧成制度,达到节能减碳和降低成本的双重功效.笔者通过与传统的电炉试烧法来对比,可视化高温形变分析仪测试结果与传统方法的测试结果高度一致.
For ceramics and other sintered materials,accurate and rapid determination of the firing temperature range is a decisive part of sintering material innovation and mass production quality control.In the practice of developing low-carbon ceramics,the application of TA-1601 visual high temperature deformation analyzer can help researchers understand the change law of materials in the sintering process,quickly and accurately know the firing temperature range,and then deter-mine the firing system in large-scale production,achieving the dual effect of energy saving and carbon reduction and cost reduction.Compared with the traditional electric furnace test method,the test results of the visual high temperature de-formation analyzer are in good agreement with the traditional method.
