浅论宋代茶文化对建盏的影响

摘要
中国的饮茶文化历史悠久,早在汉代和唐代就已经很流行了.宋朝是中国茶文化的高峰,宋朝最著名的饮茶习俗是"茗战".建州窑作为宋代"八大窑系"之一,与当时的其他茶器相比,建盏是最适合"茗战"的,深受世人青睐.宋代建盏的流行也对当时黑釉瓷器的发展产生了重大影响,建盏作为茶器在整个中国茶文化史上占有重要地位.笔者探讨了建窑与茶文化发展之间的密切关系,并讨论了茶文化对建窑繁荣和发展的影响和作用.
Abstract
China's tea culture has a long history and was already popular as early as the Han and Tang dynasties.The Song Dynasty was the peak of Chinese tea culture.The most famous tea drinking custom in the Song Dynasty was the"Tea War".Jianzhan was one of the"Eight Great Kiln Systems"of the Song Dynasty.Compared with other tea wares at that time,Jianzhan Kiln was the most suitable for"Tea War"and was favored by the world.The popularity of Jianzhan in the Song Dynasty also had a significant impact on the development of black-glazed porcelain at that time.Jianzhan as a tea vessel occupies an important position in the entire history of Chinese tea culture.This article explores the close relationship between kiln JianYao and the development of tea culture,and discusses the influence and role of tea culture on the prosperi-ty and development of kiln JianYao.
