摘要
笔者采用钾长石、石英、方解石等为主要原料制备冰裂纹釉,研究着色剂种类和球磨时间对釉面效果的影响.实验结果表明,当釉配方组成(质量%)为:钾长石 33、硅灰石 39、方解石 14、高岭土 10、滑石 3、氧化铜 0.5 时,球磨时间 10 min时所制备釉面裂纹成龟裂、片状.釉面颜色呈青色 L*=53.85、a*=-6.46、b*=7.09,具有玉质感.
Abstract
In this paper,potassium feldspar,quartz and calcite are used as the main raw materials to prepare ice crackle glaze.The effects of colorant type and ball milling time on the glaze were investigated.The experimental results show that when the glaze formula composition(wt%)is:potassium feldspar 33,wollastonite 39,calcite 14,kaolin 10,talc 3,cop-per oxide 0.5,the ball milling time of 10min,the prepared glaze exhibits cracks and flakes.The glaze color is cyan(L*=53.85,a*=-6.46,b*=7.09),which is jade-like texture.
