装配式建筑与 EPC工程总承包模式的结合,为建筑业带来了新的发展机遇和挑战.笔者从 EPC模式下装配式建筑工程管理的特点入手,重点分析了设计、采购、施工、运维等阶段的管理要点,并提出优化建议.通过加强 EPC 项目团队协同、推动装配式建筑标准化、完善风险分担机制、应用信息化技术等措施,可以促进 EPC模式与装配式建筑的深度融合,提升项目管理水平,实现建筑工业化的高质量发展.
The combination of prefabricated construction and EPC project has brought new development opportunities and challenges to the construction industry.Starting from the characteristics of prefabricated construction project management under EPC mode,the author focuses on the analysis of management points in design,procurement,construction,operation and maintenance,and puts forward optimization suggestions.By strengthening EPC project team coordination,promoting the standardization of prefabricated buildings,improving the risk-sharing mechanism,applying information technology and other measures,we can promote the deep integration of EPC mode and prefabricated buildings,improve the level of project management,and achieve high-quality development of construction industrialization.
