Abstract
The peacock motif,a distinctive ethnic label in the history of Eastern art,is highly valued by people and widely used in painting,embroidery,ceramics,etc.,with high research and artistic value.Ceramics,as a craft art that has under-gone changes over time,its rich surface decoration techniques are an important part of showcasing its unique charm and cultural value.By analyzing the cultural background,artistic features,and specific expressions of the peacock motif in ce-ramic decoration,this paper reveals its important role in enhancing the artistic value of ceramics and meeting people's aes-thetic needs.
