Taoism is one of the three pillars of Chinese traditional culture.Its aesthetic thoughts are rich and far-reaching,its aesthetic style is high and elegant,and its aesthetic spirit is distant and mysterious.This paper mainly studies the aes-thetic thought with"Tao"as the core in modern ceramic art,sorts out the expression of this aesthetic thought in modern ceramic art,and explains the value and significance of the Taoist aesthetic thought contained in modern ceramic art.
