摘要

Fe-Mo金属间化合物具有很多优良的性能,主要包括 Fe3Mo、Fe2Mo、FeMo.陶瓷也具有很多优良的性能,可以将 Fe-Mo金属间化合物与陶瓷相复合制备 Fe-Mo金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料.Fe-Mo 金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料具有较高的力学性能、优良的耐磨损性能和抗高温氧化性能等.笔者主要叙述了 Fe-Mo 金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料的制备工艺、物相组成、显微结构和力学性能与耐磨损性能和抗高温氧化性能等,并叙述 Fe-Mo 金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料的研究发展现状和发展趋势,并对 Fe-Mo 金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料的未来研究发展趋势和发展方向进行分析和展望.

Abstract

Fe-Mo intermetallics compounds have many excellent properties.Fe-Mo intermetallics compounds mainly in-cluded Fe3Mo,Fe2Mo,FeMo.Ceramics have many excellent properties.So the Fe-Mo intermetallics compounds and ce-ramics could be combined to fabricate into Fe-Mo intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites.Fe-Mo inter-metallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites exhibited high mechanical property,excellent wear resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance.In this paper,the fabrication process,phase composition,microstructure,mechanical property and wear resistance,high temperature oxidation resistance of the Fe-Mo intermetallics compounds/ceramics ma-trix composites were mainly introduced,the research and development status and development trend of the Fe-Mo inter-metallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites were introduced,the future research and development trend and develop-ment direction of the Fe-Mo intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites were analyzed and predicted.
