摘要
笔者对常用强化瓷的组成、制备技术和性能特点及其研究现状等进行详细总结,分析和探究了增强传统日用陶瓷方法及其增强机制.优化陶瓷坯料组成和生产工艺,在烧成过程中原位生成针棒状莫来石网状结构是强化陶瓷坯体性能的一种有效方法.
Abstract
The composition,preparation techniques and their performance characteristics of the commonly used reinforced ceramics were summarized in detail here.The enhancing techniques and mechanisms of traditional daily-use ceramics were also analyzed and explored.Optimizing the composition and production process,and in-situ generating a needle shaped mullite network structure during the firing process would be an effective route to enhance the ceramic body.
