熔融石英陶瓷浆料流变性能与光固化成型精度研究

由于熔融石英的高透光性,陶瓷浆料光固化成型过程中存在严重的过固化现象.为了消除这种过固化现象,并提高成型精度与性能,需要制备出高吸光度、低黏度的熔融石英陶瓷浆料.通过对熔融石英粉末的改性以及分散剂BYK-9076 的含量调控改善浆料黏度,并且添加了高强度、高紫外光吸收率以及能够抑制熔融石英高温结晶的 B4C 颗粒,实现了熔融石英陶瓷浆料的综合优化.结果表明,添加 4 wt.%分散剂的浆料黏度比未加分散剂的浆料降低了 93%,并用其制备出了固含量 57 vol.%的低黏度熔融石英陶瓷浆料.当B4C含量为 2.5 wt.%、曝光时间为 5 s时,固化深度从1325 μm降低至 230 μm,并且此时固化片在X、Y方向上拥有最优的精度,均为 0.01 mm.
Rheological Properties and UV Curing Precision of Fused Silica Ceramic Slurry
Due to the high light transmittance of fused silica,there is a serious over curing phenomenon in the process of light curing of ceramic slurry.In order to eliminate this over curing and improve the molding accuracy and performance,it is necessary to prepare fused silica ceramic slurry with high absorbance and low viscosity.The viscosity of slurry is improved by modifying fused silica powder and adjusting the content of dispersant BYK-9076.Meanwhile,B4C particles with high strength,high UV light absorption and ability to inhibit the high-temperature crystallization of fused silica are added to realize the comprehensive optimization of fused silica ceramic slurry.It is indicated that,with 4 wt.%dispersant,viscosity of the slurry was reduced by 93%,leading to low viscosity fused silica ceramic slurry with a solid content of 57 vol.%.When the B4C content is 2.5 wt.%and the exposure time is 5 s,the curing depth increases from 1325 μm to 230 μm.In this case,the cured film has the optimal accuracy in the X and Y directions,both of which are 0.01 mm.
