以基础钛釉、悬浮剂和 K2CO3 助剂为主要原料制备了搪瓷釉,并研究了莫来石晶须和纳米氧化铝对搪瓷釉性能及显微结构的影响.在测试其维氏硬度和光泽度等性能的同时,也通过XRD、XRF、SEM-EDS等检测手段对搪瓷釉面显微结构进行了表征.结果表明:在820℃下保温30 min,莫来石晶须和纳米氧化铝的含量各为16 wt.%时,试样的维氏硬度分别为6.12 GPa和 5.64 GPa,且随着其含量的增加,试样的光泽度均呈现逐渐降低的趋势.
Effect of Mullite Whiskers and Nanometer Alumina on Properties and Microstructure of Enamel Glaze
With basic titanium glaze,suspension agent,and K2CO3 additives as the main raw materials,the effects of mullite whiskers and nanometer alumina on the properties and microstructure of enamel glaze were studied.While the properties,such as Vickers hardness and glossiness,were measured,microstructure of the enamel glaze was characterized by using XRD,XRF,SEM-EDS,and so on.After firing at 820℃ for 30 min for heat preservation,with 16 wt.%mullite whisker and nanometer alumina,the Vickers hardnesses of the samples are 6.12 GPa and 5.64 GPa,respectively,while the glossiness of the sample decreases gradually with increasing content of the dopants.
