氢冶金用耐火材料体系综述与展望

为实现国家"碳达峰、碳中和"的目标,采用氢部分或完全取代化石能源作为铁矿石的还原剂是未来钢铁行业的发展方向,但不可忽视的是,与之配套的耐火材料的研究与开发已经明显滞后.本文基于前人的研究,对氧化物和非氧化物耐火材料在氢气中的反应进行综合论述,对氢冶金用耐火材料的相关问题进行了总结归纳,最后,对钢铁行业推广氢冶金技术用耐火材料进行了展望.
Prospect of Refractory for Hydrogen Metallurgy—A Review
In order to achieve the national goal of"carbon compliance and carbon neutrality",the steel industry will adopt hydrogen as a partial or complete replacement of fossil energy as a reducing agent for iron ore,which is the future development direction.However,the research and development of refractory clearly lagged behind the requirement.This article was aimed to comprehensively discusses the common raw materials of different refractory materials,including oxides and non oxides,reacting in hydrogen gas,summarize the relevant issues of refractory materials used in hydrogen metallurgy,and finally look forward to promoting fire-resistant materials for hydrogen metallurgy technology in the steel industry.
