陶瓷材料快速烧结技术研究进展

陶瓷材料由于具有较高的热稳定性、机械稳定性和化学稳定性而被广泛应用于各个领域.陶瓷传统烧结过程通常需要高温、长时间保温来保证陶瓷烧结致密化,导致制备时间长、成本高、成分控制差.近年来,陶瓷快速烧结技术发展迅速,从直接烧结和辅助烧结两个角度出发,通过综述直接烧结和辅助烧结技术的研究进展,阐述了各技术的烧结机理以及对烧结时间、材料性能的影响,分析和总结了部分技术对生产应用的实际效果.最后,对陶瓷快速烧结亟待解决的问题进行了总结,提出陶瓷快烧技术未来重点是要提高致密度以及解决快烧过程陶瓷缺陷等问题.
Research Progress of Rapid Sintering Technology for Ceramic Materials
Ceramic materials are widely used in various fields due to their high thermal,mechanical,and chemical stability.The traditional sintering process of ceramics usually requires high temperature and long time insulation to ensure the densification of ceramics,resulting in long preparation time,high cost,and poor component control.In recent years,the rapid sintering technology of ceramics has developed rapidly.From the perspectives of direct sintering and auxiliary sintering,this article summarizes the research progress of direct sintering and auxiliary sintering technology in recent years,expounds the sintering mechanism of each technology and its impact on sintering time and material properties,and analyzes and summarizes the actual effects of each technology on production applications.Finally,the urgent problems in rapid sintering of ceramics are summarized,indicating that the future focus of ceramic rapid sintering technology is to improve the density and solve ceramic defects during rapid sintering.
