陶瓷工业球磨机衬板参数对磨矿效率影响的研究

为提高磨矿效率,减少能量损耗,采用离散元法对陶瓷工业球磨机衬板高度、衬板数量对磨矿效率的影响进行了仿真,数值结果表明:当QM1800x2100球磨机衬板高度为35 mm时,有效碰撞能量损失率最高,磨矿效率最佳;当衬板数量为10条时,瓷球间的有效碰撞能量损失率达到最大值,表明这一设置下的磨矿效率也能达到最大.
Study on the Influence of Lining Parameters of Ceramic Industry Ball Mill on the Grinding Efficiency
In order to improve grinding efficiency and reduce energy consumption,the study utilized discrete element method to model the impact of liner height and number on the grinding efficiency of a ceramic industry ball mill.Numerical results show that the optimal liner height for a QM1800x2100 ball mill is 35 mm,resulting in the highest effective impact energy loss rate and best grinding efficiency.Moreover,when the number of lining plates is set at 10,the effective collision energy loss rate among the porcelain balls peaks,it shows that the grinding efficiency reaches the maximum under this setting.
