钢渣及矿渣对低温烧结建筑陶瓷瓷胎结构与性能的影响

通过在建筑陶瓷配方体系中引入钢渣或矿渣的方式,研究了钢渣及矿渣对低温烧结建筑陶瓷瓷胎结构与性能的影响,其主要原料为预制泥料、页岩、钢渣或矿渣,助熔剂为钾长石和滑石.采用XRD、SEM-EDS、XRF等检测手段对建筑陶瓷进行了表征,并测试其抗折强度、吸水率、体积密度和线收缩率等性能.结果表明:当烧成制度为1120 ℃下保温60 min,钢渣和矿渣的含量各为10 wt.%和8 wt.%时样品的综合性能最佳,此时试样的抗折强度分别为89.9 MPa和91.7 MPa,吸水率分别为0.28%和0.19%.
Effect of Steel Scoria and Slag on Structure and Properties of Low-temperature Sintered Building Ceramics
This work was aimed to study the effects of steel scoria and slag on structure and properties of low-temperature sintered building ceramics,with the main raw materials to prefabricated mud,shale,steel scoria or slag,while the fluxs are potassium feldspar and talcum.While testing flexural strength,water absorption,bulk density and line shrinkage,the building ceramics were also characterized by using XRD,SEM-EDS,XRF and other detection methods.When the samples were fired at 1120 ℃ for 60 min and the contents of steel scoria and slag were 10 wt.%and 8 wt.%,the comprehensive performance of the sample was the maximized.In this case,the flexural strengths are 89.9 MPa and 91.7 MPa,while water absorption rates are 0.28%and 0.19%.
