两产地石菖蒲挥发油中主成分及其含量的比较

对湖南省和安徽省两产地石菖蒲挥发油中主成分及其含量进行了研究.采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用GC-MS对其化学成分进行分离鉴定.从两产地石菖蒲挥发油中,分别分离出17种和30种成分,鉴定出11个和21个化合物,分别占分离总量的91.419%和93.029%.2种石菖蒲挥发油的主成分及其含量存在显著差异.
Abstract
To study the principal constituents and their contents of volatile oil in rhizome of Acorus tatarinowii Schott in two producing areas ( Hunan Province and Anhui Province ).The volatile oil was extracted by using steam distillation.The constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS.Seventeen and thirty constituents were separated from volatile oil in rhizome of Acorus tatarinowii Schott from the two production areas; eleven and twenty-one compounds were identified, respectively.The ratios of identification of total compounds were 91.419 ％ and 93.029 ％, respectively.There are significant differences between the two varieties of volatile oil.
