The Impact of Different Concentration of Gibberellin on the Corydalis Ambigua Cham. et Schlecht
The paper discusses the effects of different temperature and different concentrations of gibberellin on seed germination of Corydalis ambigua Cham. et Schlecht. To provide scientific basis and theoretical support for the preservation and breeding of germplasm resources. After effect of GA3 treatments with different concentrations of the C.ambigua Cham. et Schlecht. seeds were cultured in 10 ℃, 15 ℃, 20 ℃, 25 ℃ constant temperature light incubator to determine the physiological indexes. The seeds were favorable for seed germination at15 ℃, 200 mg/L.Gibberellin breaks seed dormancy, which favors seed germination.
