Study on the Preparation and Antioxidant Activity in Vitro of Polysaccha-ride Effervescent Granules from Physalis pubescens
The aim of this study is to prepare polysaccharides effervescent granules of Physalis pubescens and determine its antioxidant ca-pacity.Response surface methodology was used to screen the best prescription of effervescent granules and evaluate its quality. The content of polysaccharide in the preparation was determined by phenol-concentrated sulfuric acid detection method. The antioxidant capacity was also measured. The results showed that the best prescription was 15%polysaccharide powder of pilose acid pulp, the mass ratio of sodium bicarbonate to citric acid was 1∶1.1,the mass ratio of polyethylene glycol 6000 to sodium bicarbonate was 0.3∶1,the diluent was mannitol with a mass ratio of 30%,the adhesive was PVP-K30 ethanol solution with a mass ratio of 6.4%.The polysaccharide effervescent granules of Physalis pubescens have certain reducing power, and its mass concentration is positively correlated with the reducing power;when the concentration is 1.0 mg/mL,the removal rate of·OH reaches 85.66%;when the concentration is 4.0 mg/mL,the scavenging rate of DPPH free radical reaches 83.45%;when the concentration is 4.0 mg/mL,the removal rate of superoxide anion reaches 25.88%.The polysaccharide effervescent granules of Physalis pubescens is convenient to take, suitable in taste, and has good antioxidant activity.
