不同加工成熟度对烤烟物理特性及化学特性的影响研究

本研究为探明烤后烟叶质量性状的相关性,明确烟叶物理性状与内在质量的关系.在贵州省黔东南州设置云烟87中部叶不同成熟度处理,对烤后烟叶物理特性与主要化学成分及采收成熟度进行相关性分析.结果表明:主要物理特性指标与化学成分指标(除氮碱比以外)及成熟度均达到极显著相关,相关系数绝对值达0.713~0.975;进行逐步回归分析,筛选出影响柔软度值、拉力值、填充值和厚度值的重要指标分别是还原糖、淀粉、总氮、还原糖、蛋白质及成熟度,所建立逐步回归方程拟合度较高,均超过95%.烤后烟叶物理性状受采收成熟度及烤后烟叶化学成分影响,但对不同物理特性指标而言,影响的重要程度又各有不同,利用其重要指标所建立逐步回归方程可为烤后烟叶物理特性的预判提供参考.
Correlation Analysis of Physical Characteristics and Chemical Composi-tion of Tobacco Leaves Based on Different Maturity
In order to find out the correlation of quality traits of cured tobacco leaves,and to clarify the relationship between physical tra-its and internal quality of tobacco leaves.Different maturity treatments of the middle leaves of Yunyan 87 were set up in Qiandongnan Prefecture,Guizhou Province,and the correlation between the physical characteristics of cured tobacco leaves and the main chemical components and harvest maturity was analyzed.The results showed that the main physical property indexes were significantly correlated with the chemical composition indexes(except the nitrogen base ratio)and the maturity,and the absolute correlation coefficient was 0.713~0.975;further stepwise regression analysis showed that the important indexes affecting the softness value,tension stress,filling value and thickness value were reducing sugar,starch,total nitrogen,reducing sugar,protein,and maturity,respectively.The fitting degree of the stepwise regression equation established was high,exceeding 95%.The physical properties of flue-cured tobacco leaf are affected by the harvest maturity and the chemical composition of the flue-cured tobacco leaf,but the importance of the impact is different for different physi-cal characteristic indexes.The stepwise regression equation established by using its important indexes can provide a reference for the pre-diction of physical properties of flue-cured tobacco leaf.
