遮光对桔梗幼苗生长及生理指标的影响

为探明不同光环境下桔梗幼苗形态及生理特性的影响,揭示桔梗的耐荫性.本研究设置T1(相当于50%透光率)、T2(相当于25%透光率)、T3(相当于5%透光率)、T0(不遮光)4种不同的光处理,研究了遮光对桔梗幼苗形态和部分生理指标的变化.结果表明,T2处理下幼苗的株高最大,并显著高于对照(P<0.05),但与T1无显著显差异(P>0.05);T3处理下的地径、叶面积和生物量均显著变小;T1、T2处理下,桔梗叶片可溶性蛋白质含量增加,与对照相比存在显著差异(P<0.05),可溶性糖含量也呈现类似的变化,而T3处理则会引起可溶性蛋白质及糖的显著下降;T1、T2处理下,桔梗叶片内MDA下降,并显著低于对照(P<0.05),但T3处理则引起MDA显著上升;4种光处理下桔梗幼苗的综合隶属函数值分别是3.125、8.361、5.960、0,以T1处理下的综合隶属函数值最大.适度遮光不会对桔梗幼苗的正常发育带来不利影响,50%的遮光可以为桔梗幼苗的生长提供优越的生长条件.
Effects of Shading on the Growth and Physiological Indexes of Platycodon grandiflorus Seedlings
To explore effects of shading on the growth and physiological indicators of Platycodon grandiflorus seedlings and reveal the sha-de tolerance,four shading treatments including full sunlight(T0),50%sunlight(T1),25%sunlight(T2)were set,the changs of morphological parameter and physiological indexes of P.grandiflorus seedlings were researched.The results showed that under T2,height of seedlings was biggest,and significantly higher than the control(P<0.05),but not than T1(P>0.05).Both ground diameter,leaves area and biomass were significantly reduced under T3.Soluble protein content in leaves increased under T1 and T2,and was significantly higher than the con-trol(P<0.05),the soluble sugar also showed similar changes,but T3 caused a significant decrease in soluble protein and soluble sugar.Under T1 and T2,MDA decreased in the leaves and significantly lower than the control(P<0.05),but T3 caused a significant increase in MDA.Through comprehensive analysis of Fuzzy,the comprehensive subordinate function value of seedlings under four treatments were 3.125,8.361,5.960 and 0,respectively,and that under T1 was the biggest.Moderate shading does not adversely affect the normal develop-ment of P.Grandiflorus,and 50%mild shading can provide superior growth conditions for the growth of P.grandiflorus seedlings.
