Preparation of Compound Inonotus obliquus Chewable Tablets and its Hypolipidemic Effect on Hyperlipidemic Mice
To develop a chewing tablet with Inonotus obliquus and hawthorn as raw materials,and verify the effect of the finished product on reducing blood lipid.Single factor method and response surface test in this study were used to optimize the preparation process of the chewable tablets.The effect of the chewable tablets on reducing blood lipid was determined by determining the levels of cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate ami-notransferase(AST)in the serum of mice.The optimum formulation was 30%main drug,42.48%starch,26%mannitol,0.02%aspartame and 1.5%magnesium stearate;the wet granulation method was selected,with 60%ethanol as the wetting agent,passing through 14 mesh sieve for granulation,and drying at 65 ℃ for 35 min.The prepared chewable tablets can significantly reduce the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,ALT,AST;compound Inonotus obliquus chewable tablets can significantlyimprove the blood lipid level of hyperlipidemia mice,repair the damage of myocardial cells and hepatocytes induced by high-fat diet,and have a significant role in reducing blood lipid.
