Ganoderma lucidum is a fungus that has been extensively studied in modern times and has high edible and medicinal value.This paper summarized the application and research status of five breeding technologies in G.lucidum,including natural selection breeding,mu-tation breeding,hybrid breeding,protoplast fusion breeding and molecular breeding by consulting relevant literature,and provide a refer-ence and theoretical basis for the breeding of G.lucidum varieties.
