Ganoderma lucidum is a medicinal fungus rich in triterpenoids and polysaccharides.Molecular marker has high stability and can shorten the breeding cycle,which can effectively improve the quality and yield of G.lucidum.This review introduced the research achiev-ements of molecular markers in genetic diversity,identification of germplasm resources and assisted breeding in G.lucidum,and forecasted the development direction of molecular markers in ganoderma lucidum,providing some reference for the development of molecular markers and assisted breeding of G.lucidum.
