摘要
崇左素有"中国糖都"之称,甘蔗种植面积和产量在广西占有相当的比重,通过不断繁育良种和增加机械化投入,为充分发挥甘蔗产业的优势,助力实现乡村振兴.通过实地考察和面对面访谈发现,崇左面临着机械化水平有限、难以充分应对干旱气候、产业链短缺、甘蔗生产成本日益上升而产值稳定的问题.为此,应从加强"农"、"机"合作、改善水土环境、促进产业融合、培育新型农业经营主体方面着手,以加快崇左甘蔗产业发展振兴步伐.
Abstract
Chongzuo is known as the"Sugar Capital of China",and its sugarcane planting area and output account for a considerable pro-portion in Guangxi,and through continuously breeding good seeds and increasing mechanization inputs,in order to give full play to the exis-ting advantages of the sugarcane industry and help realize rural revitalization.Through fieldwork and face-to-face interviews,it was found that Chongzuo is facing the problems of limited mechanization,difficulty in coping with the arid climate,shortage of industrial chain,and the increasing cost of sugarcane production but stable output value.For this reason,we should start from strengthening the cooperation be-tween"agriculture"and"machinery",improving the soil and water environment,promoting industrial integration,and fostering new agri-cultural management main bodies,in order to accelerate the pace of development and revitalization of Chongzuo's sugarcane industry.
