To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Shenbaishuxin granules.The waters C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05%trifluoroacetic acid solution,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with gradient elution,the column temperature was 40 ℃,the detection wavelength was 254 nm.The HPLC fingerprint of ten batches of Shenbaishuxin granules was determined.The simi-larity evaluation was performed by the"Chinese Herbal Chromatographic Similarity Evaluation System(2012 edition)"software.The HPLC fingerprint of Shenbaishuxin granules was established.A total of 25 common peaks were determined and five component were identified.The similarities of ten samples were higher than 0.93,and the method was reliable.This study the analytical method showd feasibility and good separation effect,providing a scientific basis for improving the quality control of Shenbaishuxin granules.
