摘要
樱属植物隶属蔷薇科多年生木本植物,种类资源丰富.全世界有百余种,主要分布在欧洲、亚洲、北美洲,其中我国约有45种,主要分布在西部和西南部地区.研究发现,该属植物含有有机酸、黄酮类、挥发油等成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降糖、降脂等药理作用.临床主要用于治疗胃肠道及尿路感染、心血管疾病、痛风和关节疼痛、糖尿病等.本文对樱属植物化学成分、药理作用及其应用进行了综述,为樱属植物资源进一步开发利用提供参考.
Abstract
Cerasus Mill.belongs to the Rosaceae perennial woody plants,rich in species resources.There are more than 100 species in the world,mainly distributed in Europe,asia and North America,among them,there are about 45 species in China,mainly distributed in the western and southwestern regions.Studies have found that this genus contains organic acids、flavonoids、volatile oils and other components,and has pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering.Clinically,it is ma-inly used for the treatment of gastrointestinal and urinary tract infections,cardiovascular diseases、gout and joint pain,diabetes,etc.In this study,the chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and applications of Cerasus Mill.species were summarized,which provide a ref-erence for the further development and utilization of Cerasus Mill.resources.
