薯蓣皂苷治疗骨关节炎的研究进展

摘要
薯蓣皂苷是一种植物来源甾体皂苷,具有抗癌、免疫调节、心血管保护等多种药理作用,早期研究已经证实,薯蓣皂苷可以用于骨关节炎(OA)的治疗.本文通过整理相关文献,对薯蓣皂苷治疗OA的相关机制进行总结和分析,包括对软骨细胞、成骨细胞、破骨细胞、软骨基质代谢调节,抑制炎症反应的研究,以期为薯蓣皂苷在OA方面的相关研究提供理论参考.
Abstract
Dioscin is a phytogenic steroid saponin,which has many pharmacological effects such as anti-cancer,immune regulation and car-diovascular protection.Early studies have confirmed that dioscin can be used in the treatment of osteoarthritis(OA).In this paper,we sum-marized and analyzed the relevant mechanisms of dioscin in the treatment of OA,including the regulation of the metabolism of chond-rocytes,osteoblasts,osteoclasts and cartilage matrix,and the inhibition of inflammation,in order to provide theoretical reference for the rel-evant studies of dioscin in OA.
