道地药材防风的质量成因分析

摘要
防风为我国大宗药材,不同商品防风主要活性成分含量及质量差异巨大,明确防风质量形成本质,对优质药材生产具有指导意义.本文从影响防风质量的药效物质基础、种质、环境、加工因素综合分析,指出种质是提高防风药材质量的基础,干旱、高温等环境条件是优质防风生产主要条件,适宜的采收加工方法可强化质量.优选种质在我国北方干旱沙质土壤区域进行规模化种植,可有效保证防风质量整体提高.
Abstract
Saposhnikovia divaricata is a bulk medicinal material in China,and the content and quality of the main active ingredients of Sap-oshnikovia divaricata in different commodities vary greatly,which clarifies the essence of Saposhnikovia divaricata quality and has guiding significance for the production of high-quality medicinal materials.From the comprehensive analysis of the pharmacodynamic material base,germplasm,environment and processing factors affecting the quality of Saposhnikovia divaricata,this paper pointed out that germplasm is the basis for improving the quality of Saposhnikovia divaricata medicinal materials,and environmental conditions such as drought and high temperature are the main conditions for high-quality Saposhnikovia divaricata production,and suitable harvesting and processing methods can strengthen the quality.Large-scale planting of optimal germplasm in arid sandy soil areas in northern China can effectively ensure the overall improvement of Saposhnikovia divaricata quality.
