Exploration and practice of the construction of grassroots teaching organizations in the new era in order to fully leverage the sub-jective initiative and substantive role of grassroots teaching organizations,this article focuses on the characteristics of grassroots teaching organizations,analyzes the current situation,difficulties,and causes of the development of teaching and research rooms,clarifies and opti-mizes the structure of teaching and research rooms,creates internal culture of teaching and research rooms,improves the management mech-anism of teaching and research rooms,and establishes rules and regulations of teaching and research rooms,utilizing the role of the director of the teaching and research department,developing the potential of the teachers,cultivating young teachers for rapid growth,participating in and building virtual teaching and research rooms,in order to solve the problems existing in grassroots teaching organizations in univer-sities,improve teaching quality and development,and effectively shoulder the responsibility of education reform and development in the new era.
